I’m a US citizen with 15+ years’ US and APAC experience reengineering large-scale global networks to become brand leaders — with key success at Wells Fargo, Intuit, Google, Apple, Sony Pictures Entertainment (Asia), and Disney.

My last job was with Intuit, as a Conversation Designer, where I helped build and launch its IVR for TurboTax US English (12+ million customers) and TurboTax Canada (5 million customers).

I’m currently a Conversation Designer with Wells Fargo, building its upcoming multimodal virtual assistant (66 million customers) – Fargo.

I’m based in the San Francisco bay area, USA. Am fluent in English, Hindi, and Sanskrit.
